Best Application of ICT 2024

The judges will be assessing the extent to which the solution or service solved a problem, delivered a business outcome, or enhanced a service to the consumer or user. 

Award nominations for this category should provide a complete description of the ICT solution or service. Detail what effort was expended in the development and/or implementation of the ICT solution or service. Detail the benefits delivered – for example: reduction of costs, revenue driver, solved a problem or enhanced a service to the consumer or users.
